Team Workshop (2–3 hours)

Hands-on mental skills training for one team or age group: pre-game routines, mistake recovery, focus under pressure. Players leave with tools they use in the next game.

Season Program (8–12 weeks)

The full Champion Athlete Pyramid implemented across your club: monthly player workshops, coach training, parent education nights, and progress check-ins. Your club becomes known for developing complete athletes.

Parent Education Night (90 min)
